Position Overview

The Pharmacy Technician – Patient Care Management Hub supports pharmacists by performing daily operational tasks at a Hub location that services multiple P4H and AHF pharmacies throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for patient information and medications in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Oversee claim processing for third‑party programs and centralize prior authorizations.
• Bill clinical services.
• Provide quality customer service and retain patients.
• Re‑engage patients and address adherence issues.
• Assist in the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services in accordance with AHF pharmacy policies and Standards of Practice.

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Technician – PCM will work as part of a close‑knit team to deliver pharmaceutical services to the Patient Care Management Hub.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekends based on business needs.

Licenses and Certifications
