Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound mail, Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.

Requirements:

1. Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
2. Good computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
3. Basic knowledge of drug names and drug classes
4. Exceptional Customer Service skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Call center experience
7. CMS knowledge
8. CPhT certification (Certified Pharmacy Technician license) preferred
