Job Summary
We seek a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Monday–Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm PST with lunch from 12:00 pm‑1:00 pm PST
Pay
Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $28.85/hr
$3,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS for external applicants only
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff.
- Receive, prepare and fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
- Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
- Verify medication stock and enter data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
- Work with the pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
- Perform various clerical duties relating to the department.
- Communicate with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prepare orders for delivery via mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oregon.
- Access to reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Long‑term care pharmacy experience.
- Retail pharmacy experience.
- Inventory management experience.
