Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician to support clinical pharmacists in an on-site, full-time role in Anchorage. You will manage patient interviews, document information, and assist with prior authorizations and vaccines within scope of practice.

This position requires a Alaska license, PTCB certification within 2 years, and 1+ year of pharmacy technician experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability are essential in a patient-centered setting.

They handle prior authorization processes and may administer vaccines within scope of practice. This full-time, on-site position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and pharmacy technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Alaska Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
  • National Certified Pharmacy Technician certification within 2 years of hire (if applicable)
  • At least 1 year pharmacy technician experience with PTCB certification or 2 years without

Preferred Skills:

  • Pharmacy technician training or coursework
  • Customer service experience
