Qualifications
- Seven years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus three years in related roles.
- State of California Pharmacy Technician licensure required.
- Knowledge of pharmacy trends and medication optimization.
- Familiarity with pharmacy policies, privacy, and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership in training staff on compounding and dispensing.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex setting.
- Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise outpatient pharmacy technicians and support daily operations.
- Oversee dispensing, billing, and payment processing activities.
- Coordinate schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
