Walmart’s Sam’s Club in San Antonio, TX is hiring a member services associate to help customers, process purchases, and promote products and services. You will operate registers, assist with payments, returns, and exchanges, and maintain pharmacy merchandising.

The role includes stocking pharmacy supplies, processing prescriptions, and completing required paperwork while collaborating with managers and teammates to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns
• Operates cash registers or related equipment processes member purchases and assists in payments returns refunds and exchanges
• Assists in processing prescriptions and OTC orders and maintains Pharmacy paperwork and documentation
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area per company procedures
• Collaborates with managers and coworkers to meet priorities and identify improvement opportunities
