Job summary

Sam's Club in Tomball, TX is hiring for a customer-focused associate to assist Members with purchases, fulfill pharmacy-related tasks, and promote Walmart family products and services. You will operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns with policy-driven procedures.

The role includes stocking, organizing, and maintaining pharmacy and merchandise areas, while collaborating with store leadership to meet priorities and improve service.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures for different memberships and payment types.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members, assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining required paperwork.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organizes the Pharmacy, maintains logs and documentation, and coordinates with managers and coworkers.
