Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging Member needs, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures.
• Assists with Pharmacy products and services, processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases according to policies.
• Receives and stocks pharmacy merchandise, maintains organization and logs, and ensures proper documentation.
• Collaborates with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and address improvement opportunities.
