• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing supplies and completing required paperwork.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy by following procedures and documentation.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy and applies practices to business processes and change.
