Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Processes member purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges following appropriate procedures.
• Stocks and maintains Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information and completing required documentation.
• Complies with Open Door Policy and upholds ethics and integrity in daily operations.
• Works with managers, coworkers and other partners to meet priorities and deadlines.
