Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with prescription fulfillment and insurance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and assist customers at the pharmacy counter.
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy software and generate patient records.
• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing accuracy.
• Handle third‑party insurance claims, rejections, and patient communication.
