Job summary

Walmart in Orlando, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacist in prescription fulfillment, insurance processing, and patient services. You’ll handle prescription data entry, verify accuracy, and assist with filing, stocking, and maintaining a safe, compliant pharmacy area.

This is a customer-facing, fast-paced position with a focus on accuracy and service. You must meet state requirements and obtain a National Certification (PTCE or ExCPT) within 9 months.

Qualifications

• Meets all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must obtain PTCE or ExCPT certification within 9 months of job entry.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and patient orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and third-party insurance claims.
• Provide member service at the pharmacy drop-off/pickup windows.
• Maintain pharmacy area and safety, stock and organize merchandise and supplies.
