Job summary

Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician PRN to join our team. The technician assists the pharmacist in accurate filling, labeling, and distribution of medications and maintains inventory and patient records in accordance with regulations.

Under supervision, you will perform quality checks and support performance improvement initiatives while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Technician contributes to high quality, patient-centered care performing technical tasks vital to the distribution of medications. Under the supervision of the attending Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician accurately fills, labels, and distributes ordered medication according to departmental procedure and federal/state/local regulations. The Pharmacy Technician also maintains the drug inventory and patient records and implements quality checks and performance improvement measures.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• (CPhT) Certified Pharmacy Technician, or (PharmTech) Pharmacy Technician License
