Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medication distribution under the supervision of the attending Pharmacist. You will fill, label, and distribute medications and maintain accurate inventories and patient records.
Qualifications include High School/GED and State Registration Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, or Licensed Pharmacy Technician.

The Pharmacy Technician contributes to high quality, patient-centered care performing technical tasks vital to the distribution of medications. Under the supervision of the attending Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician accurately fills, labels, and distributes ordered medication according to departmental procedure and federal/state/local regulations. The Pharmacy Technician also maintains the drug inventory and patient records and implements quality checks and performance improvement measures.
