Job summary

CarePartners, part of the nation's leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medication preparation for patient dispensing and maintain compliant records. The role emphasizes accurate workflow and MERIT performance standards.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, NC registration within 30 days of hire, PTCB certification, and 1 year of experience or an Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technology. Preferred: 4 years in the field.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Pharmacy Technology preferred.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire required and active PTCB certification.
• At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience or completion of an Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technology required.
• Preferred: at least 4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications for patient dispensing with accuracy.
• Maintain records to ensure regulatory adherence and financial accountability.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain an organized, efficient pharmacy workflow.
