Responsibilities

Review and comply with the Pharmacy Technician Code of Conduct.
Greet patients and assist healthcare providers; answer questions or refer to Pharmacist.
Maintain inventory; check stock; place and expedite orders; verify receipts.
Enter patient and drug information; process prescriptions; check interactions.
Report prescription errors to Pharmacist and follow quality procedures.
Comply with HIPAA, Medicare, and Co-pay requirements.
Assist team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Process third-party reimbursement claims accurately.
Pursue ongoing training and continuing education credits.
