Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) within 9 months of entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle prescription intake and fulfillment with accuracy.
• Process third-party insurance claims and/or rejections.
• Assist pharmacists in prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy software and verify information.
• Help patients with purchases and product selections in a safe environment.
