• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns.
• Handles Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information or filing prescriptions and maintaining paperwork.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers, processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Completes work assignments using policies and resources, collaborates with managers and coworkers, communicates progress and addresses improvement opportunities.
