• Provide excellent customer service: greet patrons, resolve inquiries, recommend products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory: order, unpack, count, store, and track pharmaceuticals, handling shortages or overages.
• Handle phone calls for non-pharmacy matters and physician contact.
• Help with medication safety by checking dosage, verifying interactions, and reporting errors to pharmacist.
• Support pharmacy manager with stock management, documentation, and workplace organization.
• Assist in clinical services when required (collecting samples, coordinating care).
