Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers and employees.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement.
• Perform reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing steps.
• Operate cash register and handle payments following cashier policies to prevent loss.
• Triage inquiries by phone and provide accurate information.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
