Job summary

Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Med Reconciliation to support the Emergency Department and inpatient floors under supervision by a registered pharmacist. This full-time role is evening rotating, 11 am–9:30 pm, 10-hour shifts, four per week, with alternating weekends and rotating holidays.

You will collect Home Medication Histories, verify recent outpatient dispenses, interview patients, contact pharmacies, and document information accurately.

Qualifications

• Education (Required): High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certifications (Required): Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician license, or eligibility for certification within 90 days of hire, or certification board examinations pending, or current IL license with "Student" designation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting Home Medication History for patients admitted to the hospital, interviewing patients, contacting pharmacies, and documenting information under supervision of a registered pharmacist.
