Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to handle prior authorizations as the main focus along with pharmacy benefit checks. The role involves phone communication and general administrative workflow, with potential clinic crossover responsibilities if an MA background is present.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Handling prior authorizations and pharmacy benefit checks.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant (MA) background/experience required.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative prior authorization experience.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations.
• Bilingual capabilities (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Spanish) are preferred.
• MA background with clinical comfort is preferred.

Schedule / Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM with a typical location rotation from Monday to Wednesday at one location, and Thursday to Friday at another.
