Job summary

Meijer is hiring for a pharmacy position in a retail environment. The role involves retrieving medications, processing prescriptions, labeling, insurance adjudication, and related paperwork to ensure accurate and timely dispensing.

You will also order medications, stock shelves, promote clinical services, and maintain a professional, confidential pharmacy area. The ideal candidate has retail/community experience, excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving the appropriate medication from inventory.

• Ordering prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stocking prescription medication.
• Promoting pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to the customer.
• Prioritizing workload.

• Maintaining a clean and orderly pharmacy for a professional appearance.
