Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription drugs and dispensing under supervision.
• Process prescription orders and telephoned refill requests with pharmacist oversight.
• Handle insurance billing and third‑party claims processing.
• Maintain accurate patient information for prescriptions and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Order, check in, and stock pharmacy supplies; log invoices as needed.
• Prepare labels and affix them to containers; assist in mailing prescriptions.
