Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, HSE or IEP Certificate required.
• Experience: 2 years in a pharmacy healthcare setting; inpatient pharmacy and sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Licenses: CA Pharmacy Technician License required; CPHT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians to support medication compounding and repackaging.
• Train and mentor staff on compounding procedures and maintaining competencies.
• Develop work schedules and provide open shift coverage; ensure regulatory records are maintained.
