Required are a GA Registered Pharmacy Technician and certification, plus six years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six years of related experience with advanced knowledge of highly specialized systems and procedures.
• Georgia Registered Pharmacy Technician and Certified Pharmacy Technician licenses required.
• Experience or training in materials inventory management preferred.
• Ability to lead and train staff, monitor performance, and ensure patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist in management of daily pharmacy technician requirements.
• Provide leadership and training with pharmacy automation and controlled substance inventory.
• Assist pharmacists and Pharmacy Department in delivering medication services and pharmaceutical care.
• Supervise level I–IV technicians to monitor performance and correct as needed.
• Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to promote optimal patient outcomes.
