Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician (PHRMTECH-R) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Admixtures of medications to IV solutions.
• Prepare unit dose syringes and chemotherapy medications.
• Compound solutions/medications for critical care and OR satellite areas.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in assigned areas.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and state/federal regulations; assist pharmacy staff as needed.
