Qualifications

• Indiana Pharmacy Tech-in-Training license within 2 weeks of start.
• Willing to pursue national certification (CPhT).
• Strong accuracy and ability to handle prescriptions.
• Able to stand for full shift and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, count, label, and package prescription medications accurately.
• Replenish medication in automated dispensing/fulfillment areas.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area and follow SOPs for quality and safety.
• Support inventory activities (stock rotation, preventing expired product).
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with documentation and basic recordkeeping as needed.
