Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks a Pharmacy Technician III for inpatient operations. You will prepare, compound, package, and dispense medications under limited pharmacist supervision, using laminar flow hoods, DoseEdge, and Simplify797.

You will interact with IV room equipment and hospital EHR/pharmacy software, supporting inpatients, clinics, and staff while maintaining strict inventory controls and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of overall Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Minimum 6+ months of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy retail experience.
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician registration/license.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and compound hazardous and non-hazardous sterile and non-sterile medications.
• Operate automated dispensing cabinets and hospital pharmacy software.
• Fill and dispense pharmaceutical orders for inpatients, outpatients, and staff.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform precise pharmaceutical calculations and dosage conversions.
