Job summary

John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Indio, CA is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician. Works under supervision to distribute drugs and prepare intravenous admixtures for the hospital pharmacy. This role requires accurate drug knowledge, math skills, sterile technique and good English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Current registration with the California Board of Pharmacy as a Technician.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy preferred, including unit dose and IV admixture.
• Knowledge of drug names, pharmacy math and sterile technique.
• Good English communication skills.
