Job summary

Guardian is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Oklahoma City, OK, to enter and process prescriptions with speed and accuracy. You’ll interact with customers by phone, triage faxes, and ensure proper notes and dosage details are recorded.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 2+ years of related experience; advanced computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and promptly.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Ensure proper notes in computer and cycle fill coding; verify dosage accuracy.
• Respond to customer calls with courtesy and escalate as needed to ensure service.
