The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with pharmacy staff to maintain inventory and ensure HIPAA compliance. Retail experience is preferred and Texas licensure is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT) and RxEVO certification preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Operate RxEVO and input complete patient information into the system.
• Process third-party prescriptions and manage adjudication reviews.
• Coordinate Rx screening, flu shot, and immunization scheduling events.
• Maintain pharmacy equipment and handle inventory and recalls as needed.
• Ensure privacy of PHI and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with pharmacy operations and documentation tasks as directed.
