H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescriptions, and deliver friendly, compliant service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process prescriptions with RxEVO/RxIMS, assist with immunizations scheduling, manage inventory, and maintain PHI privacy per HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Knowledge of pharmacy management tasks and RxEVO system.
• Knowledge/abilities in MS Office, Windows and related systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service and maintain service standards.
• Process prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage third-party adjudication.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunizations and other services.
• Maintain Rx screener status and participate in screening events.
• Manage recalls, stock returns, and inventory reconciliation.
• Operate and calibrate automated prescription equipment (Kirby Lester, ScriptPro).
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
