Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Boise, Idaho team. You will process data entry for prescriptions, handle provider communications, and support fast-paced pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ pharmacy technician or similar experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.
• Must hold an active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician in Training license.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, focusing on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers; patient calls not currently part of this role.
