Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Boise, ID. You will process data entry for prescriptions, handle provider calls, and resolve issues across departments while complying with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• PTCB or NHA certification required
• Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Training License (ID Board)

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with focus on complex entries
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling outbound and inbound calls
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established; patient calls not part of this role
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform tasks in a safe and compliant manner per policies and laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role
