Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a self-driven pharmacy technician with operating experience in pharmacy utilization management review across all lines of business. This client-facing role will report to the Senior Customer Success Pharmacist and be accountable for onboarding and servicing new and existing clients of Judi's Prior Authorization Tool.

This role will maintain an in-depth understanding of Judi's Prior Authorization Tool capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience in a PBM or health plan.
• Subject matter expertise in coverage determination and appeals reviews across all lines of business.
• Experience operating multiple prior authorization software solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and oversee ongoing use of the Prior Authorization Tool.
• Assist with onboarding new clients to the tool.
• Support communications during implementation with guidance on criteria, letters, and turnaround times.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize issues and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing client support for troubleshooting inquiries.
• Help align feature requests with the product roadmap.
• Support integration and audits of delegated services tied to the tool.
• Participate in agile teams to define functional/non-functional requirements.
