Job summary

Judi Health in New York, NY seeks a self-driven Pharmacy Technician with PKU experience in utilization management to onboard and service clients using Judi's Prior Authorization Tool. You will report to the Senior Customer Success Pharmacist and ensure smooth adoption across Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience in a PBM or health plan.
• Experience operating multiple prior authorization software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office; comfortable with Jira, Lucid, Confluence, Github and AWS Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through superior service.
• Oversee ongoing use of Judi's Prior Authorization Tool.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients to the tool.
• Guide clients through configuration, reports, and turn-around times.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and success pharmacists to prioritize issues.
• Provide ongoing client support for troubleshooting inquiries.
• Suggest feature requests aligned with the product roadmap.
• Support delegated services integration and audits.
• Work with agile teams to define requirements for market-leading tooling.
• Drive adoption and efficiency improvements across client base.
