Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a self-driven pharmacy technician with Prior Authorization Tool experience to onboard and service clients across Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines. This client-facing role reports to the Senior Customer Success Pharmacist and requires strong communication to integrate Judi’s toolkit into client UM workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience in a PBM or health plan.
• Subject matter expertise in coverage determination and appeals reviews and audits across all lines of business.
• Experience operating multiple prior authorization software solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment and manage priorities.
• Strong project/time management, prioritization, and organizational skills for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through superior service.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients to the Prior Authorization Tool.
• Support implementation communications, including criteria, letters, and turnaround time configuration.
• Proactively identify execution risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to manage issue prioritization and resolution.
• Provide ongoing client support for troubleshooting inquiries.
• Understand and manage requests for new features aligned with the product roadmap.
• Support configuration of delegated services, audits, and third-party integrations.
• Partner with teams in an agile framework to define requirements for the market-leading tool.
• Identify and drive efficiencies to increase adoption in the market.
