Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Graham Correctional Center in Hillsboro, Illinois. The role supports the licensed pharmacist and works Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with an hourly wage of $22.77.

The ideal candidate has completed a Pharmacy Technician training program, holds a current technician certificate, and has at least one year of experience. Corrections or behavioral health experience and knowledge of related laws are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Pharmacy Technician training program.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• At least one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Corrections/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare principles and applicable laws preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the licensed pharmacist under supervision in daily pharmacy tasks.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, corrections and administrative staff to meet contractual requirements.
