The position is full-time, day shift, with an hourly rate of $22.77. Requires a Pharmacy Technician training program completion and active certification; high school diploma or GED; corrections experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed a Pharmacy Technician training program.
• High school graduate or hold a GED.
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• At least one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Experience in corrections/behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare principles and applicable laws.
• Must be CPR/BLS certified.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in assigned duties.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, corrections staff and administrative personnel to support the pharmacy department.
