Job summary

The position requires an Associate’s degree in Pharmacy Technician, 3 years of field experience, and current licensure/certification either as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician. This is a non-exempt adjunct/part-time role based on department need.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Pharmacy Technician required.
• Three years of work experience in the field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist or current Certified and Registered Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, train and evaluate students using approved instructional materials and methods.
• Teach assigned courses in various times and locations, including online and dual-credit offerings.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate skill, knowledge and abilities in the teaching discipline.
• Develop and use diverse methods and materials to meet course outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community.
