Responsibilities include supervising students, advising during clinical hours, grading papers, and adapting teaching methods to diverse backgrounds; candidates must hold an Associate degree in Surgical Technology, CST certification, and have three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a practicing Surgical Technologist.
• Residence in Texas and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience teaching at the secondary or college level (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise Surgical Technology students in the surgical setting.
• Advise students throughout clinical hours as needed.
• Grade student weekly papers and evaluate students as needed in each class.
