Qualifications
- Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by ASHP.
- Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
- One year of experience as a pharmacy technician after graduation.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of pharmacy technician procedures.
- Fill new outpatient prescriptions and refilling prescriptions.
- Support new and refill prescriptions and monitor for drug interactions.
