Overview

Our Float Pharmacy Technician will be available and responsible to work at any and all of the CHI Health Retail Pharmacy locations, including CUMC Bergan, Bellevue, Midlands, Florence, Imanuel IMC, FHC LaVista, 132nd and Center, Valley View, Lakeside, West Broadway, 161st and Maple, Yankee Hill in Lincoln, Elkhorn, and 42nd and L.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, fill, and distribute unit-dose drugs and perform medication exchange with nursing units.
2. Assist in the preparation of sterile intravenous admixtures under pharmacist supervision.
3. Maintain prescription files, answer phones, and triage calls.
4. Maintain adequate levels of drugs and record items that fall below minimum levels in the order book.

Qualifications

Pharmacy Technician License/Registration in the State of Nebraska and Iowa.
