LeeSar/CSF in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Central Fill Pharmacy Technician to support hospital pharmacy distribution. You will work under a licensed pharmacist to prepare and distribute medications, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery within a fast-paced facility.

The role requires a Florida-registered technician, strong attention to detail, and teamwork, with opportunities to improve processes and deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Board-certified pharmacy technician program completed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill hospital Pyxis medication orders using pharmacy software with high accuracy.
• Pick, prepare, and repackage medications for distribution.
• Operate unit-dose packaging and other pharmacy equipment.
• Restock medications and supplies from vendors.
• Perform inventory control and identify expired meds.
• Prepare, secure, and load medication totes for delivery.
• Maintain safe handling throughout fulfillment.
• Serve as backup driver for deliveries when needed.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other technicians to meet daily goals.
