Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a pharmacist to oversee medication management across multiple sites in Lee Health with opportunities for leadership and mentoring of staff. Positions offer day, night and evening shifts, with relocation incentives available for eligible candidates.

The role requires PharmD or BS Pharmacy with equivalent experience and Florida licensure, plus extensive communication and analytical skills to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• PharmD required or BS Pharmacy with equivalent experience from an ACPE-accredited college.
• Five years of professionally responsible pharmacist experience required for Bachelors degree holders; inpatient experience preferred for PharmD candidates.
• State of Florida Pharmacist licensure is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, data entry, analytical and basic math skills are required.

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $115,440 - $139,380+ annually, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

Education: PharmD required or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience from a College of Pharmacy accredited by American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP).

Experience: Five years of professionally responsible pharmacist experience required for Bachelors degree holders. One year of recent inpatient hospital experience as staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred for PharmD candidates.

License: State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Registered Pharmacist Licensure.

Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, data entry skills, analytical and basic math skills required.
