Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in filling, compounding, and dispensing orders, while delivering patient care across age groups.

The ideal candidate will hold current Georgia registration, have at least one year of experience, and prefer certification through PTCB or NHA. Hours vary and work may require on-site duties in our Atlanta area facilities.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia.
• One year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Certification through PTCB or NHA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Pharmacist in filling, compounding, and dispensing physician orders.
• Performs various technical duties involved with the handling, packaging, and delivery of pharmaceuticals.
• Provides patient care services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
