Job summary

Publix Florence, SC is seeking an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations, provide patient-focused care, and drive clinical initiatives. You will oversee MTM and immunization services, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD degree and an active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure.
• Must not have any active suspensions or sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team in daily operations and patient care.
• Provide excellent customer service and counseling to patients.
• Oversee MTM and immunization services to improve community health.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to achieve department goals.
• Monitor inventory, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to execute strategic initiatives.
