Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1–2 years of pharmacist experience

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe
• Lead pharmacy team and ensure patient safety and high-quality care
• Coach and mentor technicians and pharmacists to uphold CVS workflow and compliance
• Oversee immunization delivery and safe dispensing practices
• Maintain inventory controls and protect cold chain products
• Ensure compliance with state boards of pharmacy regulations
• Partner with store leadership to maintain staffing and cross-training
• Review business reports to drive improvements in service and operations
• Support access to care and collaboration with patient care teams for better outcomes
