Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart to provide compassionate patient care and supervise staff.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Develop staff, motivate teams, and drive growth and performance in the pharmacy.
• Adapt to change and collaborate to deliver better outcomes for patients.
